Return Policy for Mahfi Cold Pressed Oil

At Mahfi.ae, we take great pride in providing high-quality cold-pressed oils. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Return Eligibility

• Unopened Products: If you are not satisfied with your unopened product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging.

• Opened Products: Unfortunately, opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Once the seal has been broken or the product has been used, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at order@mahfi.ae or call us at 056 2300 848.
2. Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
3. For eligible returns, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with shipping the product back to us.
4. Upon receiving the returned item in its original, unopened condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
• For unopened products, the full price will be refunded. For opened products, we are unable to offer a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs for unopened products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.
• If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
